happy belated 22nd children's day!! :)
damn, i missed school yeasterday. sore throat and flu -- what a great birthday gift uh! on a sidetrack first, my godsis was sooo beautiful on her wedding day!! had helluva fun photowhoring with my cousies!
anyway, last saturday began with a pleasant surprise and indulgence in AwfullyChocolate's AllChocolate at the void deck. here are some quirks from our first visit to the Escape after lunch. not to forget, thanks ah kam for the free tix!
at the starting point of go-kart,
kam: i don't wanna always come in last, please please don't overtake us!
the guy: i'll overtake once we're down the slope.
down the slope,
the guy: damn, this one no power!!
me: ackk, no kick!
someone behind trying to overtake,
the guy: hurhur i'm hogging the road. no way you gonna overtake me! hahaha..
finishing line,
ah kam: i'm finally first!! yay!!
waiting for the Inverter ride to start,
leng: i'm beginning to feel scared..
me: i said i dont wanna try already! can we get off?!!
kam: is this secure?!!
the guy: arhh.. i'm so scared.
after the ride
me: hey, maybe we can ride the Inverter again later!
going home
kam: maybe they should just close down all the rides and make the whole place go-kart circuit.
the guy: you can always take the wheels later!
me: wait, i must call my insurance agent first!
leng: me too!!
hahas. the day ended with japanese curry dinner at Curry-Favor @ Stamford House (i wanted to try it gadzillion years ago!) and some strolling.. thanks sweeties :)
