Pepper Rice @ Ngee Ann City, Service was so BAD!!!
今日ジルーチャン一緒に ngee ann city の ペッパ・ライ-ス へ 晩ご飯 を 食べにいった。
鮭ペッパライスがかうって は 美味しかったですが 値段 が たかい です。
スタッフの態度 は 超悪かったね！！！
スタッフ （A）：you know how to cook?
わたし：no thanks. (hello.. i'm not like your friend.. can you please ask more politely? at least ask "would you like any help?" -_-)
スタッフ （B）： still not mixing the rice? the salmon's dry already, and (to jail) your beef also.
わたし：... ... (hello.. we wouldn't really mind if you have said "you should mix your rice soon so that it'll taste better" instead.)
スタッフ （B）：by the time you finish picking the veggies, the butter melt already.
ジルーチャン：... ... (gosh, picking veggies is her preference, is that how you're trained to serve your customers?!! and ain't the butter supposed to melt?!!)
the next moment at the next table, there's a another waiter who thought he's an invisible soul, interrupting the couple's conversation by shifting the waiting tag without the courtesy of saying "Excuse Me". i could hardly stand his blardy "as if he owns the shop" look. even though i wasn't exactly the victim, that's like uhh soo rude!
hey i really wonder if they'd just crush the service comment forms which we've filled in.
gosh, what's the service industry in singapore coming to? are the people in the service line trained only to present warm service to foreigners huh?
